TILBURG – De Tilburgse kunstenaar Tim Hobbelman heeft een groot coronavirus van aluminium buizen en ontstoppers gebouwd. De gezichten in de rustige binnenstad waren verbaasd toen het kunstwerk en Tim in zijn witte overal voorbij kwamen.
In maart begon hij met het kunstwerk en nu is het eindelijk klaar om gepresenteerd te worden. Toen de tweede lockdown maandag inging wist Tim dat het een geschikt moment was om het coronavirus te presenteren.

De laatst levende Nederlandse Normandië-veteraan Max Wolff is op 99-jarige leeftijd overleden. Hij werkte tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog mee aan de bevrijding van Tilburg. Hij was destijds 18 jaar.
