Bij een huis aan de Edward Douwes Dekkerdreef in Goirle is een felle brand ontstaan. De brand ontstond maandagavond op zolder door een elektrische kachel.
De bewoners hadden rond 20:50 uur door dat er brand was en belden zelf de hulpdiensten. De brandweer van Goirle en Tilburg hebben het kunnen blussen. De rookschade door de brand was zo groot dat de bewoners hun woning niet meer in konden.
