TILBURG – Dinsdag kwam Bas Smit namens Missie 538 langs de voedselbank in Tilburg om verpakkingsmaterialen en levensmiddelen te doneren. “De cliënten krijgen dit jaar een uitgebreid pakket,” vertelt Hein Wagener, directeur van de Tilburgse Voedselbank.
In december is het erg druk bij de voedselbank en wordt er veel gedoneerd, maar in de maanden die volgen komt er altijd een dip. Het voedsel wat de mensen krijgen komt allemaal voort uit zulke donaties.
