Een kofferbak van een auto is volledig uitgebrand in de Insulindestraat in Tilburg. Dit gebeurde rond 00.10 uur in de nacht van 6 op 7 maart. Hoe de brand is ontstaan, is nog onbekend.
De politie doet onderzoek naar het voorval. Zij sluit brandstichting niet uit. Het voertuig wordt vrijdagochtend door een bergingsbedrijf opgehaald.
Door een seinstoring rijden tussen station Tilburg en Den Bosch de rest van deze woensdagmiddag geen treinen op dat traject. Volgens NS houdt de storing in ieder geval tot 19:00 uur aan.
