De politie kreeg donderdagochtend rond 07.00 uur een melding over een overleden persoon. In de voortuin van een woning aan de Nassaulaan in Rijen werd een vrouw aangetroffen. De vrouw is op een natuurlijke manier overleden.
Na onderzoek kon er vastgesteld worden dat het ging om een vrouw op leeftijd. Volgens de politie heeft er geen misdrijf plaatsgevonden en is de vrouw op natuurlijke wijze overleden.
