Een automobilist reed maandagavond een motorrijder aan op de kruising tussen Pannenschuurlaan en Langvennen-Noord in Oisterwijk. Vermoedelijk zag de auto de man over het hoofd. Een ambulance vervoerde het slachtoffer naar het ziekenhuis.
Door de klap vloog de motor de berm in. Politie en ambulance kwamen met spoed ter plaatse. Verschillende omstanders zagen het ongeval gebeuren. De politie sprak met deze getuigen. De auto liep schade op aan de voorkant.
In een studentenhuis in de Tilburgse wijk Oud-Noord heeft zaterdagochtend vroeg een flinke brand gewoed. Vooral op de eerste verdieping is de schade aanzienlijk.
