De politie heeft bij een appartement aan de Stationstraat in Rijen een inval gedaan. Agenten in kogelwerende vesten en bivakmutsen deden op dinsdagmiddag onderzoek naar de woning.
Bij de inval werd het appartement ook met verschillende honden doorzocht. Wat er is aangetroffen, is niet bekend.
Vier keer werd Jasper van D. (27) uit Tilburg aangehouden en elke keer bleek dat hij toch weer aan kinderen had gezeten of weer kinderporno had gedownload. Justitie is er klaar mee en eiste dinsdag voor de rechtbank in...
Gemeente Tilburg gaat komend jaar verder met de vergroening van de binnenstad. De Heuvelstraat, Nieuwlandstraat, Tuinstraat en Korte Heuvel zijn in 2026 aan de beurt. De eerste tekeningen hiervan zijn onlangs gedeeld.
Bij de controle van een auto op de Noordhoekring zijn maandagavond een vuurwapen en 10.000 euro cash gevonden. De 20-jarige bestuurder uit Middelburg en de eveneens 20-jarige passagier uit Tilburg zijn aangehouden.
